Years ago, Puri Jagannadh was supposed to direct Megastar Chiranjeevi's 150th movie. Things have not worked in his favour since then.
Today, while interacting with the Mumbai media, the 'Pokiri' director briefly spoke about how he lost the project. "I narrated a commercial story to the Megastar. He liked it. But he felt that he should do some socially-conscious movie at that time. He changed his mind and did a message film," Puri said.
Puri made the comments at the launch event of 'Jana Gana Mana', which is headlined by Vijay Deverakonda. The 'Liger' actor gave a surprise at that point. "Actually, Puri sir is going to act alongside Chiranjeevi sir. They are now acting colleagues," Vijay said, without elaborating much. Wonder what is brewing!
