'Welcome To Tihar College' is all set to be released in theatres on October 28. Directed by P Sunil Kumar Reddy, the film is headlined by Manoj Nandam and Vinay Mahdev.
"Our film talks about the mental repression that Intermediate students face in the modern education system. We have tried to expose how the colleges resort to unethical means in the mad race for being on the top of the game," the makers today said, adding that the message-oriented comedy drama highlights certain pertinent issues in a sensitive manner.
Manoj Nandam hoped that the film turns out to be one of the best ones in his career. "The film has been made by listening to informed and constructive feedback from children. Their practical experiences have been injected in writing the story," the makers added.
Produced by Shravya Films, the film also features Phani Chakravarthy, Krishna Teja, Soni Reddy, Manisha, Mounika, Tanisha, and others. Sabu James is the cinematographer, while music has been done by Praveen Immadi.
