Samantha Ruth Prabhu's 'Shaakuntalam' won't be hitting the cinemas on November 4. The theatrical release of the mythological drama, backed by Dil Raju, has been put off because it is going to be technically amped up into 3D.
The film will be released in both 2D and 3D. The Gunasekhar-directed movie's visual appeal is expected to go up with the 3D conversion.
The film also features Dev Mohan. Based on the play Abhijnana Shakuntalam, the film has Mohan Babu and others in other roles. Produced by Gunaa Teamworks' Neelima Guna, this one has Allu Arha making her acting debut.
