Looks like Payal Rajput is getting to play another author-backed role in an Ajay Bhupathi film after their first outing, 'RX 100'. In 'Mangalavaaram', the pan-South Indian movie, the 'Ginna' actress will be seen in an alluring part. Her first-look poster is out. Shailaja is her name in the 2024 outing where 30 important characters will be seen.
The film will likely become a comeback of sorts for Payal. She played a bold role not only in her first movie but also in the OTT release 'Anaganaga O Athidhi' (2020), in which her character desired her own brother without knowing that the object of her desire was her sibling.
Coming to 'Mangalavaaram', Ajaneesh Loknath B of 'Kantara' and the more recent 'Virupaksha' fame is composing music. A Creative Works and Mudhra Media Works are working with art director Raghu Kulkarni and sound designer MR Rajakrishnan. Dasaradhi Sivendra is its cinematographer.
