'Bicchagadu' fame actor Vijay Antony has been hospitalized. On Monday, he reportedly met with an accident on the sets of his movie 'Pichaikkaran 2', which is titled 'Bicchagadu 2' in Telugu.
The accident took place while shooting for his upcoming movie in Malaysia. The actor had an injury while shooting for an above-water sequence. He was taken to a hospital, where he has been treated since. His family members immediately flew to Malaysia by air to look after him.
A source close to the actor tweeted on Monday night that Vijay is stable. "Guys, I have spoken to his nearest circle. He is well, he will be back soon with shooting. Come back strong friend..this year is ours!," CS Amudhan wrote.
'Bicchagadu 2' stars Kavya Thapar as its heroine. Dev Gill, Harish Peradi, John Vijay, Radha Ravi, Mansoor Ali Khan, YG Mahendran, and Raja Krishnamoorthy have got other roles in the movie. With music by Vijay Antony himself, the film is directed by the hero himself.
