'Das Ka Dhamki' stars Vishwak Sen as the hero. The film is heading to theatres on March 22. On Sunday, its second trailer was released at a public event attended by the film's cast and crew. Telangana Minister Gangula Kamalakar graced the event as the chief guest.
Speaking on the occasion, the makers described the entertainer as a perfect, complete package. Vishwak Sen will be seen as the CEO of a pharma company that aims to create a cancer-free world. In the second role, he is a waiter working at a star hotel. When the former is killed, the latter steps into his shoes.
Speaking on the occasion, the 'Falaknuma Das' actor thanked the chief guest. "We tend to disrespect drivers, delivery boys, etc. We ill-treat them. What happens if one among them resists? That's what our film tries to show. Thefirst half is high on dances, fights and entertainment. The second half is going to be serious and tense. It will have your heart racing. I am calling this movie the onset of Vishwak Sen 2.0," Sen said.
Sen also confirmed that Jr NTR will be present as the chief guest on March 17, when a grand pre-release event will be held.
Minister Gangula Kamalakar said, "Every film that celebrated an event in Karimnagar has been a hit. I wish this film and its team all the best."
Writer Prasanna Kumar Bezawada said, "Vishwak Sen is like a self-made king who is building his own empire. This Ugadi, he is surely going to deliver a blockbuster. This film is like Ugadi Pacchadi, a melange of all tastes."
Nivetha Pethuraj said, "I am very happy to be amidst cheering, teeming crowds here today. I am looking forward to the release of our movie with a lot of excitement."
Producer Karate Raju said, "Our first movie 'Falaknuma Das' brought stardom to Vishwak Sen. 'Dhamki' will take him to the next level. We have made an amazing pan-India film."

The film will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, and Hindi.
