Nandamuri Taraka Rama Rao Centenary Celebrations Committee has received applause from TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu. The Committee has been steering efforts toward making NTR's birth centenary celebrations memorable under the leadership of TD Janardhan. The Chairman and a few TDP leaders called on CBN at his residence.
A website dedicated to NTR has been operated by the Committee. The former AP CM was briefed about the plans to bring out two books comprising the speeches made by the TDP founder in the Legislative Assembly and historic speeches outside the Assembly.
The subject matter of the books was presented to CBN in the form of a PowerPoint presentation. The books, the website, and an issue of 'Shakapurushudu' will be unveiled in the coming days.
The testimonies of celebrities in the field of cinema and those of experts in the field of politics have been collected painstakingly in the form of videos and bytes.
CBN promised to extend his full support for the unremitting efforts of the committee.
TD Janardhan, Ravula Chandrasekhar Reddy, Katragadda Prasad, K Ravishankar, Vikram Pula, Bhagiratha, and Atluri Narayanarao are part of the committee. Ram Mohan Rao, Mandava Satish, K Raghuram, Shripati Satish, Madhusudana Raju, Vijay Bhaskar and Gautam Boppana also met with Naidu.
