Director Virinchi Varma is doing a political drama titled 'Jithender Reddy'. Bankrolled by Muduganti Ravinder Reddy of Muduganti Creation, the film will head to theatres on May 3. The film traces some real-life incidents that took place in a Telangana village back in the 1980s. With cinematography by VS Gnanashekar, the film has music by Gopi Sundar.
On Saturday, a song titled 'A aa E ee U uu' from the movie was released. The college campus song, whose inspiring lyrics are from Rambabu Gosala, is centered on the theme of motivating students and portraying hero Rakesh Varre as a youth leader. Rahul Sipligunj's singing is impressive. The tone of the simple yet buoyant number is welcoming.
The makers are happy that the film's teaser and all other pre-release material have been lapped up by the audience. "Rakesh Varre will gain recognition as an action hero with this film. We are bringing this movie to the audience after screening it for some prominent individuals and gathering their suggestions," the director recently said.
Vaishali Raj, Rhea Suman, 'Chatrapathi' Sekhar, Subbaraju and Ravi Prakash are playing different roles. Vanishree Podugu and Uma Ravinder are its Executive Producer and Co-Producer, respectively.
