Forget the box office, two Telugu films are settling the score on the cricket pitch! We are talking about 'AAY' and 'Committee Kurrollu' deciding to get sportive on the cricket pitch. In a hilarious social media challenge, 'AAY' producer Bunny Vas threw down the gauntlet to Niharika Konidela, one of the producers of 'Committee Kurrollu'.
A video of their playful banter is out, with Niharika confidently accepting the cricket match challenge from the GA2 Pictures supremo. The clash happens tomorrow (Saturday) at 6 PM.
"Plenty of entertainment is guaranteed for cricket lovers and movie lovers alike," the makers said. "Time to witness the ultimate CRICKET CLASH between Godarollu vs Godarollu," they added.
Both movies were filmed in the beautiful Godavari region and are set to release in August.
'AAY', starring Narne Nithiin and Nayan Sarika, promises Independence Day fun, while 'Committee Kurrollu' boasts a heartwarming journey with a fresh cast. 'Committee Kurrollu' also stars Sandeep Saroj, Yashwant Pendyala, Trinath Verma, Prasad Behara, Ishwar Rachiraju, Manikantha Parasu and others. It is directed by Yadhu Vamsi.
'AAY' will head to theatres on August 15.
