Varun Sandesh and Hari Priya starrer ‘Abbai Class Ammayi Mass’ is a youth cum family entertainer being directed by Koneti Sreenu and produced by Lakshman Kedari under Lakshman Cine Visions banner. The film has music by Sekhar Chandra of ‘Nuvvila’ fame. Right now the unit is canning few family oriented scenes at Saradhi Studios in Hyderabad. A press meet was held at the shooting location where Varun Sandesh, Hari Priya, director Koneru Sreenu, producer Lakshman Kedari, Ambati Sreenu, Sana, Srinivasa Reddy and other unit members participated.
Varun Sandesh said, “This title was suggested by our producer Lakshman Kedari. When I heard first heard the title it sounded a bit old, however there is very good response for it after declaring it to the public. The story revolves around the heroine. Hari Priya’s character has two shades in the film. Director Koneru Srinu is crafting the movie extremely well. Editor Praveen appreciated the film after watching few rushes. We are feeling happy after he commented that all of us have performed well. I hope the audience will also like the film.”
Hari Priya said, “I love joint families and the scenes that were shot today are related to joint family. I’ll be seen in a powerful character that has three different shades. This is a good opportunity for me to show off my acting skills. We did workship on costumes and dances. I’m very happy after watching the rushes. Varun is a good costar. I thank my director and producer for giving me this opportunity.”
Producer Lakshman Kedari said, “Abbai Class Ammayi Mass is our next film after ‘Mem Vayasuku Vachcham’. The film is in final leg of shooting with just one song left for shooting. We will release the audio by this month end.”
Director Koneru Sreenu said, “The story revolves around a class boy and mass girl, how they meet and develop their relationship is the film all about. It’s a different love story altogether. We have recently shot some talkie part and a song in Goa. Shooting is at brisk progress with the cooperation of artists. Kasi Vishwanath garu is doing a very different role in this film which he is doing it for the first time in his career. Our producer is making efforts to release the movie in January.”
