'Alluri', starring Sree Vishnu in the lead, will head to theatres on September 23. The film's trailer was released a while ago.
Right at the start, Tanikella Bharani's character tells the male lead that the 'poratam' is more important than the destination. Right on the first day of his job, Alluri uses his service revolver for a virtuous purpose. By and by, he takes on goondas, rowdies, criminals and criminal politicians in his quest to rid the system of its muck.
The 'power of the police' is brought out through filmi punchlines and gunshots. "If you don't mend your ways, I will have to impose myself on you," warns the hero.
Harshavardhan Rameshwar's background music seems to be a highlight. Directed by Pradeep Varma, the film has Suman, Raja Ravindra, Prudhviraj, Ravi Varma, Madhusudhan Rao Reddy, and Jaya Vani in other roles.
