The release date of 'Vaarasudu' ('Varisu' in Tamil) has been advanced by a day. The film was previously scheduled to hit the cinemas on January 12.
The new release date is this: the Thalapathy Vijay film will be released in theatres on January 11.
Directed by Vamshi Paidipally the film features Rashmika Mandanna, Prakash Raj, Srikanth, Jayasudha and others in different roles.
January 11 is when Ajith's 'Thunivu' ('Tegimpu' in Telugu) will also be released. So, it is going to be a direct clash between the two Kollywood biggies. Both films are going to have a simultaneous release in Telugu and Tamil.
