'Rakshasa Kavyam' is going to head to the theatres on October 6. Led by Abhay Naveen, Anvesh Michael, Pawan Ramesh, Dayanand Reddy, Kushalini and Rohini, the film is directed by Sriman Keerthi.
"We are happy that our film's recently released teaser has been such a hit," the makers today said.
The film draws its themes from scriptures and mythical characters. How mythology finds an expression through present-day characters and social conflicts is what the film is about.
A song titled 'Villain's Anthem' was unveiled recently. It is sung by Ram Miriyala, Rahul Sipligunj and Mangli. "Who is the hero and who is the villain? Who is good and who is bad?" the song asks. The song came with a touch of entertainment and references to Allu Arjun, Vijay Deverakonda and others.
Yadamma Raju, Shivratri Raju, Praveen Dhagaram, Kota Sandeep, and others are part of the cast. Rajeev Raj, Srikanth M and RR Dhruvan have composed the music.
