After 'Skanda' started streaming on Disney Plus Hotstar, Netizens discovered that, in a particular fight sequence, a shot featured Boyapati Srinu instead of Ram Pothineni. On Saturday, the 'Double iSmart' actor explained himself to the audience. He revealed that the shot was filmed on April 22 this year on a day when his feet were bruised.
Taking to social media, Ram said that he was literally unable to walk that day and that's why his director doubled up for him as a body double. "It was one of the hottest days during the peak of summer. This was my feet after filming this episode on the 3rd day of the 25-day schedule. I couldn’t walk properly. I went away for a bit after it started to bleed..so my director wanted to get the shot right and did this one shot himself. Liking or disliking the content is totally the audience's choice. I have and will continue to respect your opinions. After all, all this is only for you. But I would like to thank my director for doing this specific shot for me," the 'RED' actor wrote.
He further wrote, "Shall continue to put my blood and sweat into everything I come to you with…with zero expectations."
